Jamie Colby
Colby has worked for Fox News since July 2003 as National News Correspondent and Anchor. Before joining FOX News Channel, Colby worked as a reporter for CNN and served as anchor and reporter at CBS News which included anchoring fill-ins for CBS's Up to the Minute. She was also an anchor for WPIX/WB-11 New York, a reporter at WNYW FOX 5 New York, and a correspondent/co-anchor on FOX News' WebMD TV. Colby is admitted as a lawyer to practice law in New York City, California, Florida, and Washington, D.C. She has won awards such like The Edward R. Murrow National Award in 2002, for her reporting on the September 11 attack; the Gracie Award for investigative reporting in 2000, and her Clarion Award from the Association for Women in Communications. In addition, she was named TV Week's "Rising News Star To Watch". Colby was an attorney and, along with her professional career as a journalist for 10 years at a private practice. The law firm she joined began with a Hollywood entertainment firm that invited her to The Tonight Show. When she was 22, Colby worked as a reporter as well as host on Johnny Carson, both during the contract renewal for NBC alongside him as well as during his divorce. Since January 15, Colby has served as reporter and host on the Fox Business show, Strange Inheritance. The show focuses on quirky or unforeseen legacy assets left by relatives or friends
